Training

Garage Floor Training and Concrete Coatings in general takes training and expertise.  We love teaching these classes.  

We teach them from the perspective of starting a new business. Whether you have years of experience or none at all we work on the basics!

We teach a 5-day class.  We will work with you in the “Concrete Lab” in the class room and on floors so that you become an expert too!  

We start in the Concrete Lab.  This is where we will give you hands on experience in the comfort of a class room setting where there are no customers around to watch.  It’s hands on learning where you will participate and coat concrete.

The next day we spend in the classroom answering the following questions and more:

​How do you market to prospective customers?

How do you create a great website for this purpose?

​Once you find a prospective customer how do you sell a floor?

​How do you collect the money?

​How do you organize yourself, your employees, your equipment and supplies so that you can do the job right the first time?

​How do you order products?

​How do you estimate jobs?

​What should I have on hand to work from?

​ Is all concrete the same?

It’s a full day of learning!

The next 2 days you will be working on actual garage floors working with real customers and real crews.

The last day of training we will focus on cabinets which is a valuable addition to this business.
